Welcome to the Blue Ridge Acres Community Club’s membership form section. We are happy you’ve decided to join us for another year of friends, family, and fun. Below you will find descriptions of the different ways you can join and the forms you will need to fill out to apply for membership. The membership choices have changed slightly from previous years so please be sure to read carefully. All dues and fees must be submitted with the appropriate application forms. Membership Dues for Homeowners
Membership Dues for Seasonal
Basic Homeowner & Tenant Membership:$100
If you own property in Blue Ridge Acres or are a tenant of property in Blue Ridge Acres then you may join the Club as a member. You will receive access to all clubhouse events, full voting rights, and vesting in the Club. This membership fee helps to cover our property taxes and mowing costs.
If you would like to join as a basic member you will need to fill out 2 forms:
--the Membership Dues for Homeowners & Tenants form
--the Application for Membership form
River Use Only Fee: $75 in addition to the $100 basic membership
If you are eligible to join the Club as a basic member you can then choose to add the river use fee to your membership. This fee will give you access to the Club’s riverfront property and the boat ramp in addition to the rights received as a basic member.
If you would like to join as a member with river use you will need to fill out 2 forms:

Pool Use Fee:$125 in addition to the $100 basic membership
If you are eligible to join the Club as a basic member you can then choose to add the pool use fee to your membership. This fee will give you access to the Club’s pool, pavilion, and all pool events in addition to the rights received as a basic member.
If you would like to join as a member with pool use you will need to fill out 2 forms:

Basic, River & Pool Use Membership:$300
If you are eligible to join the Club as a basic member and would like to have access to the pool, riverfront, boat ramp, pavilion, and pool events then you can then choose this use level. This fee will give you access to the all of the Club’s areas in addition to the rights received as a basic member.
If you would like to join as a member with pool use you will need to fill out 2 forms:

Associate Membership:$75
This membership level is available only to non-dependent, non-BRA resident, over age 25 children of a current Club member. This membership level receives access to Club facilities equivalent to the level chosen by the Club member. An associate member may pay a use fee to upgrade their access if desired. Associate members do not have voting rights or vesting in the Club.
If you would like to join as an Associate member you will need to fill out 2 forms:

Associate Family Membership:$165
This membership level is the same as an associate membership, but allows access for the dependent family members of the associate member as well. This membership level receives access to Club facilities equivalent to the level chosen by the Club member. An associate member may pay a use fee to upgrade their access if desired. Associate members do not have voting rights or vesting in the Club.
If you would like to join as an Associate family member you will need to fill out 2 forms:

Seasonal Guest Privileges: $325
For people who do not live or own property in Blue Ridge Acres the Club offers a limited number of seasonal guest privileges. These privileges give access to all club properties and events. Seasonal guests do not having voting rights or vesting in the Club.
