Somebody over at the Shannondale site is quoting a news article that says Jefferson and Berkely Counties have passed even more strict laws that take effect July 1. These would ban ATVs from all roads in the county and impose fines and public service for violators (and parents of under 18 year old violators). More as this story develops ... | ||
